Choose your texture: Use the LED display to adjust the temperature, or select one of six presets: Ice Cream, Slush, Spiked Slush, Chilled Juice, Milkshake, or Frappés.
Plan ahead: Set the timer up to 12 hours ahead to have drinks ready when you want them.
Serve a group: The 70 oz maximum capacity has a 54 oz recommended safe fill and makes five to six 10 oz servings per batch. Use mixtures with at least 4% sugar; alcoholic drinks need 2.8%–16% alcohol. Stir well before pouring, and do not add ice, solids, or hot liquids.
